Your ensemble must have already designated a “leader” for the purposes of applying to From the Top.
That designated leader must have completed, on behalf of the group, our separate, Standard From the Top Online Application.

The designated leader does not need to fill out this application as well, but only the Standard From the Top Online Application.

Do not proceed if, as a member of this ensemble, you wish to apply for the Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award, our scholarship program for young musicians who have financial need. You only will need to submit a scholarship application to be considered as an ensemble member for both the radio show and the award. Go to Application Instructions for those specific applications and our eligibility requirements.
